I cycled around 160km along the European Divide Trail in southern Sweden, from Dalskog to Gothenburg. I would estimate at least 50km was on gravel, which surprised me a lot and was super fun. Mostly packed roads, but also some looser gravel, still ok to bike on. A really short part was a MTB single trail and I had to push the bike. Not much "civilization" aka shops, gas stations and so on before closer to Gothenburg, so I was happy with my oversized lunch box for the day. 42mm Schwalbe Marathon Mondial worked well. It was fairly easy to navigate along the trail, I used Komoot. And when you get to Gothenburg – make sure to stop at the famous Korv Kiosk!

  1. Going there next month, starting in Stockholm. Have you got a GPX file you can share?

And tell us about the Kiosk. I am curious now.
