  1. I used to run around with something like the first one as a little kid, lol. I couldn't shoot it yet but wanted to be like the Duke Boys so i toted it around when i was playing in the Alaskan woods.

  2. there is the difference in pull weight to consider…the recurve is obviously a lower pull than the Compound….its just logical

  3. 🤣🤣🤣 for any archer out there its the shooter not the bow if you suck with a curved bow then you suck go use the easy shit compounds

  4. Almost all of you are so far off base. IF BOTH bows have a 40 lb deaw weight that compound will still be about 100 fps faster. The design of the limbs/pulley setup are there for more than ease of draw and hold. The release SNAPS the arrow fwd at a pace that a recurve cannot do. BTW this setup was identical./ BOTH WERE 45lb draw weight. The idea was to show you all how much harder the punch and depth of hit the compound does….

As for the "you need the compound for hunting…" NONSENSE, billions o deer, buffalo, elk and bear as well as moose etc have been taken with a standard re curve bow….. shot placement and sharpness of the tip make the biggest points along with skill of the shooter…..

  5. I'm sorry my friend you shoot beautifully with a compound O. but it's a gizmo close to a gun it's in no way shape or form the natural way to shoot an animal You just have not practiced enough with your recurve make it part of you Together Justice capable it's just how much the master of the bow cares to learn its ability Justice capable it's just how much the master of the bow Justice capable it's just how much the master of the bow cares To learn It's abilities I'm sorry my friend But I cannot say that compound
