I don't currently have a fatbike, and so far no one seems to want to buy them either. If I were to do a frame up build, I'd need a drivetrain and a fork. Given how cheap complete fat bikes are these days, is it even worth it?
I would say, not worth it. I have only built one bike from the ground up and it was a pain in the ass.
List those bad boys on pinkbike or the radivist shop.

I’m up in the Northeast and the fatbike thing I think is still relevant cause even used ones are fairly expensive…. especially around winter time.
If you’re in a semi snowy area waiting till late fall might be worth while.
I know I would personally love an extra set of 26″ rims for my used Fatboy I got.

Wait until the first snowfall, they’ll move then.

I am currently in the market for an additional fatbike wheelset. However the price people are asking is not all that far off the price of used, base level name brand fatbikes. It’s to the point I may as well buy a whole bike, pillage it for the parts bin and sell the frame.
