So I went to the doctor 3 weeks ago. Basically I’m fucked. I’ve been sedentary since Covid. I’m up to 300lbs, most I’ve ever weighed. Test in the low 200s. High cholesterol. Can’t go up a flight of stairs without getting winded. Beat after work, don’t want to do anything. So doc put me on 100mg of test cyp per week. First two weeks still lethargic. But last Saturday I said fuck it I’m gonna start cycling anyway. Literally one week later, here we are. Ordered a gravel bike on Thursday, been riding a hybrid so far. For the first time in maybe a decade I am once again hyper fixated on fixing my shit and getting back out into the wilderness. Cannot wait to blend this with fly fishing and start yanking trout in spots I could never get to before. Already lost 10lbs.
