Greetings. Would anyone be able to ID this restored bike? I’ve been looking at Raleigh catalogues but nothing seems to match certain details, such as the triple brake cable brazed-ons being down the horizontal tube. Is it even a Raleigh? I took a ride in it and it does feel very light. Considering to purchase it, so it would be great to know exactly what’s going on here. Thank you!
