I mean the 2nd one looks like a mountain bike so that’s probably really annoying for city riding.

They are both very low end.. I hate coming off like a snob here.. but when people buy these bikes they get frustrated because of the mechanical issues and how heavy they are to get around.. keep an eye out for a brand name machine (giant, trek) even an older one would be better than these bikes

The first one looks like a lower end late 90s hard tail, a lot like my first bike, which got me into mountain biking. I would expect the suspension fork to actually sort of work. The second one looks like total box store garbage. It’ll put you off of the whole sport.
