I finally completed my very first build and am amazed at how comfortable and nimble the AC Gorilla Monsoon is. I've put about 50 miles on it in the past two evenings and everything works like a dream. I learned quite a bit from the experience and cannot wait to build my next bike.
I will post my build sheet in the comments with pricing because I want to encourage others to take the plunge into wrenching and want to be transparent in pricing.

One of the bolder choices I made apparently was denim bar tape. Surprisingly that has elicited the most comments, and not any of the other components.
The bar tape is actually pretty awesome.
