Canyon Ultimate CF SL for 1400$? Is it worth it?

Guy was originally selling for 1.75k and got down to 1.4k. Reported to have no frame cracks, unsure mileage on drivetrain, 500 miles on wheels. Is this worth 1.4k? Or would I be better off buying a new one with this budget?
