M9200 SGS wireless, 40Tx 10-51T. Paired with Dura-Ace wireless shifters. Have about 500 miles on this in dry, mud, cold, hot, stream crossings. Finished (won my class) Unbound 200 last week. Shifts hyper fast. Zero issues so far. Zero chain slap.
My guess is that GRX 1×12 will also be wireless and maybe coming soon. Meanwhile, this RD allows the full 10-51T. I tried the GRX 2x RD with a Wolftooth Roadlink and couldn't get shifting right. Just too far from the 11-34 that RD has its geometry set up for.

Looks awesome! Great feedback as well. Reviews on MTBs generally seem to share more audible chain slap than SRAM T Type due to the new XTR not having a clutch. Perhaps with a bigger chainring on gravel bikes the chain slap isn’t a thing which is awesome.
Cool to confirm that it talks with road shifters.

I don’t understand why people keep saying this. 12 speed Di2 GRX is here, this is it. We have the wireless levers that can pair with all this new MTB stuff.
1×12 GRX is here, and it uses this XTR derailleur. XT and Deore are on the way.
