Concorde track bike frame: more info?

Just picked up this Concorde frame, but can’t find any info about it online, especially about the paint job and little hearts detail? Columbus tubing, serial 6226 or S226 can’t tell. Thinking of paint matching some of the big chips to restore the original beauty, it’s pretty beat.
I know components aren’t stock, and front tire is shot, not looking for info about components, only frame.
