  1. It’ll get you right back into shape. I put on twenty pounds over the winter. I’ve already lost ten of that twenty just being back on the bike a month or two.

    lol my first ride in 10 years was 8 months ago. Do it almost everyday or every other day for the first two weeks and your body shall adjust. Also Bike fit.

  3. Keep riding every few days. Then, in a few months, riding more frequently will be easier. The node will slowly adapt. 👍✌️

  4. Wider tyres, riser bars, thick grips, more comfortable saddle. All these makes the ride more comfortable and less tiring
