Hello Folks, found a descent condition 2019 Specialized Men Tarmac Disc Pro. The owner says he want 1000$ USD for this but will negotiate. Let me know if this is a fair price or should i negotiate any more?
Owner says there are scratches in rear derailer, handlebar and scratched on rim wheels. I would also need a tune up and nee tyres this has been sitting in his garage for a bit. What is a good price for this bike? Any help would be appreciated, cheers!

Yes. It needs new bars and tape and looks like the di2 switch is effed fed you can do all that for 300. Just make sure the bars are what took the brunt of that crash. Can’t fix frame damage
It’s been dropped on both sides, so you might need to get the derailleur hanger straightened, too.
Damage looks quite minimal. If he is talking the truth and there is no frame damage other than superficial scratches it’s a great deal already at asking price.
Crazy deal if it fits you
That price is suspiciously low. Check the frame very carefully for cracks. If the frame is clean, it’s a great deal.
I paid 800$ for my bike and it’s nowhere near as nice as this and I’m still happy.
If its not cracked its a great deal but looking at the deralieur and handlebar tape i’m kinda thinking it might be cracked somewhere
