The fork is new and has 3 rides, I’m getting a noise on the rebound and I just came home from a suspension shop who specializes in Öhlins and they were telling me the noise is definitely not coming from inside the fork
Any thoughts?

Completely normal.
I haven’t had the chance to ride any ohlins suspenion, but it sounds normal.
Your rebound seems to be completely open, as in very fast. Is that how you like? Maybe add a click or 2 (or more) and see if the sound changes.
You’ll have to explain what is off according to your knowledge of suspension. All I can see and hear is a tad bit to fast rebound and the damper oil flowing through the circuits. Nothing out of the ordinary.
