  1. My advise as a amateur cyclist, join a Amateur cycling team. Get a garmin where you can download a training program. Months later you are doing amateur races and waking up 5am to train. Training with others is the key 🎉

  2. I’ve done 2 pretty hard bikepacking trips with my bike shop…. They’re the most difficult things I’ve done on a bike. Both times day 1 I told myself “I’m never getting on a bike after this”as soon as you get to camp and look back it’s awesome. That first beer after finishing knowing no more miles today is amazing

  3. Hi from Berlin Germany, in case you read this, I saw your clips about your ordeal to cycle basically and felt sorry, just because it shouldn't be that way. The most nice meat "help" you think you got are non. You thank Organisations for unqualified and non efficient help… that's nice of you. I'm an old cyclist and really don't need this but only one matter that really bugs me… clip less pedals… 30 minutes…course only by me. Plus one hour training alone. Simple 3 pointer right mount and adjustments of clips and most important why clipless, how to ride save right away, because someone who cares makes you understand the technique. That's not GNC or the similar Ego shooters got loose in the net…. sorry, as I said I am just old and grumpy. But if anyone out there does not feel like going through what you're going through…??? Give me a haul, I might be able to take some of those pains
