Paris 🤮
Being a Parisian and travelling abroad, public transport is definitely on the cheap side compared to London, NY or Toronto for instance.
Hotels are pricey but not so compared to London or NY. Maybe this summer prices where pushed up thanks the Olympics.
Eating out is ok.
You just confirm everything is pricy in paris
Public transportation is not as expensive as that (except the airports)
They also will simplify, now it will be one price for all the network, zones are deleted
transport is expensive , that its less expensive than another city it doesnt make it cheap, its still expensive …
Paris eating out is much more reasonable than in the US. And, sooooo much better!!
Transportation? Is there a daily cap like in London?
Public transport is cheap in Paris, well in France in general. I am from Toronto Canada and its more expensive.
The Underground is Wayyyyyyy more expensive than the Paris Metro. In Paris, abt 30 € will get u an unlimited, 7 day pass.
Public transports are not expensive in Paris, it's not London.
Metro is 12€ for a day unlimited!
Disgusting 🤢😝 I wanna never travel 🧳 or leave USA thank God for California USA
The food looks disgusting 🤮 I wanna throw up
Spoken like someone who has done very little travel abroad. This short is 95% useless.
We bought weekly public transport tickets for 35 Euro, which I felt were comparable value to other cities I've visited in other countries. Only thing is you need to bring a small photo with you to stick onto your pass. It doesn't matter if you print it off with a laser printer in B&W
agree on all points
That horrible voice!!!!! How is it possible? throat cancer?
😂😂😂😂
USA IS SUCKS
😂😂😂😂vous avez des restaurants et des hôtels a tous les prix a paris , pour les transports un des abonnements de deux jours a une semaine existent
Yeah but just take alot of spending money, treat yourself….. In paris no less
See you soon Paris❤
Eating out in Paris IS expensive compared to other mayor cities in continental Europe but NOT compared to US and London. Public transport has had a significant hike on Jan 1 25 but still is dead cheap.
2 important things: 1) hotels thag have websites in english or advertise english speaking staff will always be wayyyyy more expensive!!! they know tourists don't have any other option. if you know any french, flee!! 2) public transport prices in paris is a massive point of contention and much worse than in any other french city
Why compare to USA 😅😅😅.
. Fn woke dem . Clown
You can always buy weekly passes for metro for like $35 for the whole week.
Weekly transport is 31€. This is less then I spent paying contactless in London tube for only 4 days.
Eating out is not that expensive in Paris (you have to look around a bit as there are very expensive restaurants too but overall it's okay, especially compared to the northern neighbors)
Public transport in Paris is so cheap comparing to Stockholm.
I found eating out most expensive of all my European trips 😅 public transport prices I found fully alright.. Hotels.. Quite same as some cities in Italy.. But more than Portugal or Dänemark 🤔 still Paris is so special.. I'll always be happy to go again so that's what I plan in spring.. Paris I'm comming again 😊❤
Have you priced hotels in NY, London, LA or even Vancouver ???
Tbh everything from eating out, bakeries, hotels, public transport and paid attractions are cheaper then London
I drink beer as my lunch in
Paris 😂😂😂😂
Honestly, attractions in Paris are FAR from being expensive. The Eiffel tower is less expensive than the Top of the Rock in New York City, despite being much more famous. The Louvre is one of the cheapest museum for its size considering a lot of museums in the world have no issue asking for more despite being smaller and less famous too.
And churches are free, unlike Saint-Paul's Cathedral in London, the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona or even the Vatican.
I don't understand why tourists never know how to use public transportation and always insist on buying single tickets to then complain about the price. Single tickets are only for occasional use. Tourists who want to go from an attraction to another need to buy passes especially before with the former ticket fares. Nowadays single tickets are even cheaper so for a very short trip buying a pass may not be worth it but in any case public transportation is cheap.
Paris public transport is Definitely not expensive!!!!
$22.30 Louvre vs $32 Art Institute of Chicago. Unless you really scrounge, Chicago hotels in the Loop ("downtown") start at around $200/night, Paris can certainly be more expensive, but I'm staying in 2nd arr for $160/night in a decent place. I think Chicago is more expensive and in general, the food is not as good.
Prices are like the least interesting things to discuss when it comes to travelling.
Paris is dark because of massive sexual sins there. The buildings are old because of poor economics on both sides of the government and the public. The clothes and shoes are beautiful but Paris still fail. Everything in Paris is expensive.
The country side of France is not dark and it is scenic. Items are cheaper there than Paris. Clothes and shoes there are not as fashionable as Paris.
I agree with you
found some really cheap lodging and food around chinatown area, AR13. as we travelled to Honfleur and Etretat, the food there are far more cheaper.
Food in Europe is in many cases cheaper due to SMART policies about essential goods.
A lesson to learn here.
For a New Yorker, everything was so cheap in Paris and great
Good!
Public transport are so cheap. It is less than 2 dollars for a journey and you can buy for a week to get to cheaper price. In London it is easily 5-6 times more expensive.
Food and attraction, I agree
Wrong wrong and wrong 😂
True
Vienna for example, offers a combination ticket for all public transport and museums and such, with few exemptions. Maybe there is also a ticket like that in Paris?
My wife and I had a pizza near the Louve, & with a tip, very well priced. Delicious as well
