Picked up a 2021 Fit TRL complete at Christmas after a very long time off (stopped riding in’86)…
Been slowly upgrading parts since then, now have a BSD Freedom frame with mainly BSD/Cult parts. The only original parts from the Fit are brake lever, inner tubes and wheels. So glad I’ve got back into riding, should never have left it so long.

Sounds to me like you need a new set of wheels and a brake lever and you’ll have 2 complete bikes – a fully custom BSD and a stock Fit. Nothing wrong with that…
