That was an electric motorbike not an ebike.
Im a driver ,and the biker must have really annoyed her! What they do is driving in front of car on one wheel and blocking your way!……Thats stupid!!!

The car was driving on wrong side of the road and aimed straight for the bike. Is this now a commonplace offence, ramming a car at people ffs.
Obviously they seriously upset the wrong person, which is no surprise considering the amount of crime that happens on these bikes and the kind of delinquents that ride them.
