Any saddle is better than that Velo special on my 29er (last few pix). And I was desperate for a more comfortable one for my next 19 mile ride.
The AliExpress Brooks B17 knockoff is surprisingly 80% of the real thing. Genuine Veg Tanned Cowhide, at 25% the cost of Brooks and slightly inferior leather construction (sandwiched leather just like the Selle Anatomica)
Still need to break it in as it's not pre-softened but after applying some Mink oil it's primed and ready for its first weekend ride!

I have 3 KOs and I will say the most broken in one, broke in much faster than my legit Brooks. Idk how it’s shaking out in terms of comfort it almost feels too soft and floppy where my Brookes has really molded nicely and remains comfortable on rides over 15+ miles. The KOs are on my beach cruiser and finance bike which don’t see more than 10 miles a ride generally so still happy with purchase based on aesthetics and short term comfort.
