Which Bike?

I’m 6’0”(183cm) and wanted to buy an old mountain/hybrid bike to modify and ride as a commuter/trail bike. I came across these two as good options.

1993 Cannondale M700 20” Frame

1986 Bianchi Grizzly 21” Frame

Both of them are firm on $200.

The grizzly has a 1X9 but I was going to fit a 1×10 to either. I don’t think I’d change anything else for either bikes other than the handlebars.

Thoughts?
