I admittedly got a little carried away with my Brompton purchase last month, but I’m in love with this thing. I travel a lot for work via train, and this baby is going with me everywhere. I can get a couple days worth of clothes, toiletries, and my laptop in the bag.
One fantastic thing I’ve found is that it gives me access to hotels, bars, and restaurants I would never have had the wherewithal to haunt otherwise.

It’s so great.
I was in NYC a few weeks back with the Brompton (arrived by train) and finished up a meeting and asked “hey, where’s good for dinner around here?” The best recommendation was about a mile away.
5 minutes later: delicious BBQ.
Bromptons do open up some really cool opportunities.
