Seems a bit worn. Hard to tell exactly from the pictures but better safe than sorry.
Wow! Was it always so shallow? Like, is the bottom scraped off or am I tripping?
The dropout seems to be modified. Usually there are so called lawyer tabs that are a safety feature to hold the wheel in even with improperly tightened QR
You should buy some lottery tickets.
You’re insanely lucky to be unhurt after riding on that thing.
What does the other side look like? That does not appear safe.
What kind of brakes are you running? If it’s disc, no – not safe.
