Like the Met will actually do anything.
It would stop overnight if every set of traffic lights had red light cameras.
You are used to it, but honestly, but navigating lanes like that in busy traffic would give me the willies. There is one roundabout in Zurich which has a segragated cycle lane for part of it – so you can negotiate it without having to cross into motorised traffic. However from one of the entrances the cycle lane signs make you go around a middle lane of the roundabout and crossing to it is downright dangerous. For a period that roundabout was on my daily cycle commute until I heard a colleague from work had been killed right there. In the dark winter months I defaulted to train and tram.
At 1:04 interesting to see grid lines in the bike lane for the safety camera. Maybe they are there as a leftover for when that area was previously for motor vehicles, prior to being converted into a bike lane? I did notice "Bus Lane" painted on the ground prior to the lights. Does that carry on in the right hand lane after the lights? It looks quite narrow for a bus.
Red light jumping has definitely become one of the 'meh' offences for a lot of drivers/riders. It would be very helpful if plod let you know whether or not they follow up with these things. Cyclists who go through red are a menace but put themselves at risk (I'm not in any way excusing it), but drivers who go through reds put people in danger other than themselves.
Keep on reporting them.
I loved to see the Gandalf corner once again, is the problem of drivers taking the wrong side of the road fixed meanwhile, or it still happens?
While I get the point of the video in that it is illustrating that drivers run red lights when it's a common complaint about cyclists it is a fact that cyclists (in London at least) are far more likely to ignore red lights than drivers. Before you go off on a rant about that statement though I think we need to think about it and dissect it a bit more. In a lot of instances a cyclist ignoring a red light inconveniences and endangers no one and for me this helps the traffic flow and I have no problem with it. I do wonder whether a law allowing them (or us as I am a cyclist and driver myself) to proceed on red in certain circumstances would help to keep traffic moving a bit better much as the way turn on red works in the USA. However, there is a small proportion of cyclists in London that systematically ignore red lights and cause vehicles to take evasive action/endanger pedestrians as a result, e.g. I saw an old woman knocked down outside Waterloo station at a pedestrian crossing last year because a youngish cyclist tried to cycle through the melee of crossing pedestrians and got it wrong. He cycled off despite the woman lying on the floor bleeding. These are the same type of people who would do the same in a car and it is not the fact they are cyclists that is the problem, it's the fact they are self entitled dicks and would run red lights no matter what their chosen method of transport is, these are the people we see in the video above and these are the people we need off the road so it can be a safer place for the rest of us.

i understand that your trying to keep the road safe but can i ask why you report people who are in motionless traffic on their phones, they could still be paying attention to the road, i understand its illegal but theres no need to report it

As a former frontline Met Police Response Officer who attended some horrendous RTCs involving red light offenders I applaud your actions.
