Your kit and your bike match realy well together. And yeah, those 62 mm look sick but they are super sketchy in crosswinds…
Its all about weight distribution.
I have a very long torso and almost no legs. Therefore the wheels are stable for me, even in heavy winds.
I would either look for wheels in the 35s-40 range or go all in and get very shallow super light wheels for climbing, because they feel very fast and reactive compared to deep section wheels.
