Hi! I have an Acera rear derailleur, and no matter how tight is the pinchbolt it keeps sliding when I shift up. Is it routed correctly? How should I install it? Is the cable worn out? Thanks in advance. pics below

The cable isn’t mounted under the correct part of the clamp bolt. The clamp needs to rotate around so that the cable is secured under the flat side.
