Knock off 20% of the FX2 sales price if you can find one and the used bike is in excellent condition.
If the used bike is in worse condition then drop the price more.

It looks in good condition, but $400 is LBS refurbished money. Price out a new one for comparison. Buying new gives you a choice of what you really want in the right color & fit.
