Is it possible to simply swap the current brake discs for Ultegra brake discs if they have the same diameter, in this case 160mm, and are center-locked?
I think they have a cooler design.
And are they perhaps better than my current ones?
I have an Endurace CF7.

Sure. I doubt that they will offer a significant change in braking power though.
You Can Change to Any brake disc if the diameter is Fine. The Brand doesnt matter
Yh they should. You’ll need a cassette tool or a bottom bracket tool to remove it and then you can replace it. Might have a bit of rub but they’d easily sorted.
