I'm interested in buying this bike for casual riding and a lil bit of Mountain Biking. Can't figure out model, was thinking Marlin 4, seller doesn't have much info tho. It's for $125. Thank You.

Probably is a marlin 4 given that it has Tourney on it.
This is a entry level as it gets. That suspension fork is awful under even the best of conditions and it has rust on the stanchions. This might be okay to putter around on but it isn’t fit for any sort of off road riding besides a walkable path.
Find something with at least Shimano Acera, MicroShift or Sram X4. Tourney is just cheap and finicky
