We can’t tell you from a single picture, from a distance, that probably isn’t white balanced. I think you’re also looking for decals, if I understand what you mean correctly.
Trek sells touch up paint. But it’s not that serious it’s a mtb stuff is gonna happen, get it wrapped with ride wrap or a similar product if your heart is set on keeping it fresh. And if you’re that concerned why didn’t you buy a rack, or at least a tailgate pad. TLDR just enjoy it man it’ll be a lot more fun to shred some zesty gnar if you aren’t concerned with scratches.
