The new buses in my town have bike racks inside!

This is Madison, Wi, and the city recently just built its first bus rapid transit line complete with new buses and stations. The platforms themselves are level to the bus and indicate where you should board if you have a bike with you. It's really nice to be able to bike out far, and have it easy on the way back, both for you and your bike.
