Just got this new mountain bike. I want to replace the pedals and grips and looking for recommendations. Nothing crazy expensive but still good quality. My bike around the neighborhood and plan to do some light trail biking.
I’m also not sure what’s up with the bike seat I pull it up and down. Is there a part that’s missing for it?

Pnw components and raceface make great grips and pedals, for those i’d pick whichever suits you. For the seatpost, looks like some sort of broken dropper post? unless you plan to use one, i’d look around for a seatpost that fits and is fixed, that way you don’t have to deal with this.
