Borderline. It is Dura Ace, but being 11 spped the bike is getting on a bit. What is lost concerning is that being rim brake the bike would have not the best clearance so you would be stuck with around 25mm tire width or possibly even less.
Also bear in mind that carbon braking surface wheels are really only for extremely experienced riders.
It’s a very nice bike though.

Think about whether you are prepared to replace DuraAce parts when they expire. If not, why spend the money now on it?
Get something newer, with disc brakes, maybe 105 12s and call it a day.

The di2 versions from Shimano mainly difference is weight and the chain better alloy.
A 2×12 105 di2 is brilliant.
But the Limited Wheel size and Rim
Brakes Would be a no for this investment.
I would search for a newer with disc brakes und ultegra di2( more Buttons than 105 di2)

Not worth it. It’s a great bike and would ride/10 but at that price they’re dreaming. Typical that a project one customer can’t even take a drive side pic
