Rescued my old bike.. been out of it over a decade. Any recommendations on how to start back up?

Not sure what got into me but I decided to drive up to my parents to rescue my old bmx bike from their shed. It’s been sitting more than 10 yrs.

The top tube is 20.25” , I think. And I’m about 5’8. When I was riding this I’m guessing I was probably 5’4. Is this a good size for me?

I wanna get back into the skatepark and ride some halfpipes, it’s just been so long I don’t know if that’s a good idea lol.

Gonna get a helmet and all that.. should I get brakes? It was cool to take them off back then..
