You can use allen key nut from other shimano derelieur or v-brake pad.

  2. the bolt on that rear derailleur is fixed I believe, and even if you can replace it, it will be a little challenging to check the pitch on it, you might check with a M5 x 0.8 or a M6 x 0.8. I know for sure that some derailleur bolts are 0.8mm thread pitch and maybe you cant replace it with a .70 cent male allen bolt, but what you can also do is go on amazon and buy the same Altus 8 speed Rear Derailleur for $17 and that one comes with an allen bolt

  3. Yes, take it out, go to home depot or other hardware store and ask for help finding the right size

That is a nut. The other end is a special shape bolt that fits the cage of the derailleur, flush. You can’t make it a hex.,

You can try replacing the nut with a nut from a v-brake pad which uses a hex wrench, there’s two sizes and the one that’s slightly conical and uses a 5mm will look best. I’ve tried substituting once due to a lost nut but its been so long I can’t remember if it worked but I think it did.

  6. Possibly but you would need to do some research. The bolt part of that assembly is a specific size and shape to allow it to be held in the derailleur it is not a case of swapping it out for something with an allen key head because a generic bolt won’t fit. Models further up the range use a different fixing method that has an encapsulated allen head instead of the nut but there is no guarantee they would be the correct size and shape to fit in that derailleur.
