  1. Hi Andy, I’ve really enjoyed your videos of the two moors way, was great too see your route and thoughts as I was doing it at the same times. I hole heartedly agree with your thoughts on this trail! Chagford to Drewsteignton was stunning and the stretch along the river into simonsbath were equally as good 👍 was great to share a couple of beers with you at Barley Meadows campsite while putting the world to rights 😂
Looking forward to seeing your next adventure 👍

  2. Hi from Tasmania Australia. Thanks for another wonderful series of videos. I notice you talk of your distances in miles. Does kilometres as a measure of distance have any traction in the UK? For example are signposts in miles or kilometres?

  3. Greetings from Melbourne. I look forward to viewing your videos of the Two Moos Way over the next week or so. I walked from Ivybridge to Lynmouth with a pack in June last year, staying in hotels. I loved all of it, but my hardest day was from Buckfast, where it stayed at the monastery, to Chagford (I accepted a lift for the last few miles).
I booked my accommodation before I left home, and I departed from the trail to my accommodation in Zeal Monachorum. The next day, I made my own way through the Devon counrtyside to Knowstone, and this was by far my most enjoyable day. I just love the English countryside.
Next year, I'm returning to walk the pilgrim route from the village of Denston in Suffolk to the medieval shrine at Walsingham.
Regarding miles versus kilometres, when I walked the Camino from Porto to Santiago in 2019, I remember advising an American pilgrim, who was struggling, to walk in kilometers as they're shorter!
    Cheers Leo

  4. A very interesting video and interesting to hear your thoughts. I walked the C2C/TMW in 2022 and thought a lot of the same things you did. Thought there were a couple of rather uninteresting road walks through mid Devon area and wish it encapsulated more of both national parks. Certainly would have been nice to walk a bit more of Dartmoor and the final drop down into Lynton Gorge is brutal on the knees after 117 miles! But overall I enjoyed the walk.

  5. I'm doing it soon but starting in Minehead along the coast path & doing it North to South back to Plymouth, it's ticks a bit of coast path off my to do list & makes the logistics easier for me, train to Taunton from Plymouth, bus to Minehead from Taunton. Hopefully I'll survive the climb out!
