All road shoes equipped with speedplay cleats, all gravel/hardtail shoes on spd cleats
I am an avid Northwave and Lake fitting fan!
How do the Northwaves fit in comparison to the Lakes?
My first pair of proper road shoes were the Nike Poggio (i think it was the 3rd version) and while they look basic now with only 3 velcro straps they are still the most comfortable ones i’ve had – plus stiff and light. Was pretty disappointed when they pulled out of cycling. I think they were made by DMT but i’ve never found one of their models with the same fit.
