Hi. New to bike maintenance! My free hub is no longer engaging, so presume it needs a clean. Bought chain whip and hub tool, and have manage to remove cartridge, but am stuck when it comes to removing the axle itself. Most videos I watch show that you use an Allan key to hold the axle then unbolt it, but my one seems different. I can’t undo the solve cone on the non drive side.
Any hints? And any other tools I might need to get to the free hub? Thanks all

Remove the brakedisc in photo 2.
Get a rubber or plastic hammer and hit the side on the axle in photo 1. This will loosen the bearing on the side of photo 2 ( non drive side ).
Grab the part on photo 1 ( drive side ) where your rings where and pull on it is should come lose.
I think this is the dt swiss 370 hub. You can download a manual for it.
It has 3 bearing.
2 in the hub. 1 in the part where the chain rings go.
They probably all need to be replaced get new one with the proper diameter and hammer them in with a piece of wood that fits the diameter of the bearing and a plastic hamemr or get the official tools to get them in.
