Bridgestone Synergy
So. the “X” should be a fortnight indicator, which means December. then the “0” should be a year. In this case I’d suspect it means 1990.

Edit: and your stem is set above the maximum extension point. The SR stamping is visible on the quill and it shouldn’t be.
