  1. Use the multitool that I hope you keep in your saddle bag to remove the disc

  2. I assume you aren’t carrying a toolbox..

I’ve seen some pretty messed up discs get straightened (enough) with needle nose pliers but that’s pushing it. At a certain point you have to worry about the integrity of the metal.

You could just take it off if you have at least a basic multitool, just remember which brake you have when you need to slow down.

Take the wheel off, unscrew the 6 bolts holding the rotor on and remove the rotor. Ride home. You’ll be fine with just the front brake for one ride.

How did you bend your rotor this bad with out damaging your wheel?

that disc is fucked, you will have to replace it. To get home the front brake will be enough (just be aware you will have slightly less braking power), either remove the disc or get it mostly straight and remove the brake pads so nothing rubs

  6. This is why I carry a tiny crescent wrench in my kit. You can try to bend it back to get it to turn, and replace it when you get home.

Failing that, remove the rear wheel, and remove the rotor bolts and take the rotor off. Ride very slowly and carefully on the front brake alone.

May the odds ever be in your favor.

  7. Remove the caliper or the rotor is likely easiest if you have a hex for it. Likely need to bend a little to clear the fork as well. Use pliers or at least gloves its sharp.

You might be able to bend it back but getting it true to the break will be tough.
