I have never seen this genre before, don’t know what to call it, something like **high end bike touring**?

you know, Campagnolo, hydraulics, 200$ pump, custom frames?

truly awesome setup, have fun on your trip, I wish I did this with my day when I was 12.

Biggest mistake is packing too much. On your dry run try to see if you can manage the weight especially uphill.
