Bicycle Indentification

I rebuilt this road bike over the summer and haven’t been able to identify what it is exactly. The crest reads “Ideal Cycle” with two C’s as wheels in the logo. There is also a decal that reads “HAWK”. I am assuming that this is a 70’s bike because there are provincial park bicycle licences that date back to the 70s.
Anyone recognize this bike or the crest?
