I found an Endurace CF 8 Di2 for sale locally to me for €2,850 equivalent (I’m in Norway). I attached a pic but the bike is practically new from a well-reputed seller.

Alternatively, I could order a CF 7 brand new from Canyon for €2,550 (incl. shipping), so ~€300 less.

What would you go for? Is the CF 8 priced correctly and is it worth the extra €300?

Thanks!

  1. I think its not worth to risk 300e for cf bike if you are not 100% sure it wasn’t in the accident. It’s really a small difference in the price, that you might in the end put if you need anything changed in the bike. IMO !

I would also go for the new one. 300 Isn’t too bad for the peace of mind and a warranty. If you could talk them down another 500 then it might be worth it.

  3. Is the bike in the picture the “CF 8 Di2” you’re describing?
Because 8 in canyon terms has always been Ultegra / Force Groupset.
This is 105 Di2, so it actually is an **Endurace CF 7 Di2**, which is worth less than a CF 8 Di2.

That said, the CF 7 (non Di2) is a mechanical 105 groupset (R7100), so I’d go with the Di2 all else equal.

Is there any other difference, like cockpit, wheelset, tires, seatpost etc?
