Lärabars have been my go to packable snack for remote rides, I just made a homemade version of them and definitely won’t be buying them anymore. Pastries, coffee, fries and beer are also always nice if there is a good place to stop for them on the ride.

Definitely not beer since it does the opposite of refueling you- the carbs don’t balance out the negatives of alcohol on your body lol

Fueled by RX bars, honey candy and jerky. Quit drinking 2 years ago because I was overdoing the post ride celebrations and was getting fat. Noticed a HUGE difference in recovery and lost my belly.

Neversecond gels or Skratch gummies. By mid-ride I’ve usually already had at least 1 bottle of drink mix so it’s nice to switch it up a little.
Beer mid-ride usually causes me to stop riding… Unless we’re booze cruisin’!
