Hi already cut my bar to 29 inch width, but i feel like there could be more…
I'm 172 cm/ 5 feet 8 in height and i tend to have my hands more narrow to each other while riding.
Most of the time i ride eclat pulsar grips, this time i tried fiend ones but they are little short so i extended them.
Would you cut the Bar more? Like maybe the extension on the pic?

I’m 5’4 and have my bars cut to 27” and 26.5” width. I ride a brake on the 26.5”. If the bars were any wider, I’d be gripping on the brake lever.
A damn i had false measurment. I already have cut to 27 inch 🙂 but looks like 1 more could do it.
don’t do it, cutting it one or two inches more will not change your hands position, but grips on the bends will be look ugly
you need to find new bar with narrow box like Eclat Chocolate for example

I am 5’7 and I run a 20.6 top tube and always cut my bars at around 27 inch.
I think I cut mine to under 27″, just felt right.
