So according to the table, I am definitely a 3xs. When I drove it, it felt quite right? But then when I showed some pictures and videos to my friends, alot of them said that my bike is quite small for me? That I should have gone one size higher. Does it really look too bad? Last picture was the very first ride I had, saddle was still not adjusted yet but now I did make it higher.

Looks fine to me. I’m using a 2XS at 163cm but I cant really see someone at 154cm using it.
I think the size of the bike is good, but your saddle is a bit too high.
