dude, it looks better than before but just take it to a shop and have them do it at this point. lol your spokes are bent pretty badly. many of them.

idk if there’s a saying for this or not but ill make one: you cant true a wheel if your spokes arent straight. basically – it might work, but don’t expect to be able to salvage anything when a spoke breaks.
