Regularly do 25 mile rides and I'm hoping of working up to this within the next two months, any tips or advice for stacking on the miles? What to bring what not to bring, anything that you can think of would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure to eat an entire Taylor Ham sandwich with saltpepperketchup
The thing that elevated my cycling game was eating something small every 30-50 minutes, like granola or fruit or even gummy candy, just something quick on your stomach. Looks like a nice ride along the beach so keep a slow steady pace and enjoy some of the beach views, it’s never a race. Have fun
Bring a swimsuit, or just hop in in your riding clothes. Mid ride swim at Sandy Hook is good. Probably don’t need to carry too much food/water, lots of options if you don’t mind getting off the bike, but definitely bring a bike lock.
Careful coming down what looks like Lakewood-Allenwood Rd, not the most bike friendly with a few blind corners and people drive fast.
Cycle slow, dont overdo it,plan time for a break and you ll have fun
If you are doing 25 mi rides a couple times a week, you’re ready to do a 50 now. It’ll go by before you know it. Just make sure you hydrate and bring snacks to fuel yourself.
What the fuck we are basically neighbors. Get some gels first time i did that ride i wanted to just pull over and take a nap on the side of the road. Just fuel ull be fine.
Oh yeah you can just do that with no prep. It will suck a bit but not that bad.
