Forgive my ignorance here, but I thought cannondale BB30 was pressfit? This is a circa 2011 29er hardtail. It clearly has BB30 on the downtube but it very much appears to have English threads. I’m converting from the octalink to a SRAM dub and bought the PF bottom bracket, so I guess I’m exchanging that.

That BB is also a 68mm, which is weird on an MTB, they’re usually 73mm. Has it got a converter in there? Like this: https://www.spacycles.co.uk/m16b0s110p4035/FSA-BB30-Threaded-Bottom-Bracket-Adapter
I used to work in Cannondale shop way back when these frames were out. Yes sometimes we would install the official BB30 to BSA adapter if the bb was giving problems.
I guess you already purchased DUB cranks? Otherwise I would recommend Shimano 24mm spindle type crank on BSA BB. DUB uses tiny bearings for BSA so they tend to wear faster.
