1) Get a kickstand with a bracket that doesn’t stick out like that.
or
2) Convert to full cable housing.

Get kickstand for the rear triangle to avoid this bs

Remove the kick stand would be my first thought.

Flip the cable over to the high and smoother side of the stand for the moment. Then Either put lube Or a plastic tube over the cable for the long term.
Get rid of the kickstand. Seriously. Nothing but a dead weight, and believe me, you’ll be just fine without it.

Is there an actual problem you’re trying to solve? Or just that it’s touching?
File a groove in the kickstand where it’s rubbing, or just don’t worry about it. The cable is steel and the kickstand is aluminum. The cable will eventually cut its own groove in the kickstand (in like a thousand years). The kickstand won’t damage the cable.

If the bike has a support for a kickstand already

Convert your bike to a bakfiets, then the kickstand will be up front.
Get one of these other kickstands that mounts to the rear chainstay. They work fine and stay out of the way.
Edit: Just noticed the last one in the middle row is mounted to the drive side, backwards. Don’t do that (lol).

You can get a length of cable liner for that section of exposed cable and that will stop the cable from cutting into the kickstand.

IDK, I would tell you to ditch the kickstand , IMO not really needed or useful except for certain bikes and rider needs but in almost all of the situations barring cargo bikes it is not all that useful.
If you didn’t want to change the kickstand you have a couple options :
If it isn’t hindering the function of the bike , there really isn’t a problem, the cable will eventually cut into the kickstand.
You could slip a doughnut or some other kind of barrier in to prevent wear
You could see if there is a different routing option

Ditch the kickstand, always lie the bike down carefully on the non-drive side.

The good news is that you don’t need a kickstand to ride your bike

Dont use kick stands, learn how to lean your bike with your rear wheel

I’d convert that to full cable housing. I can’t see the clearances needed but you also might be able to create a channel with a dremel tool. This is obviously dependent upon how much material you’d need to remove.
