A business started this way, with a big ticket capital expenditure and low volume, low margin sales plans, will never be profitable.
If you want to sell ice cream on the beach or at the park, you can use a small table and a wheeled cooler.
If you’re still sure you need a bike, get a used cargo bike. It will be cheaper, more efficient to pedal, and can be resold later without taking a bath.
