  1. Hi Amy and Kyle. Loving your videos of the beautiful scenery in Scotland. Kyle's Scottish pie sounded v nice. Being a northern lad I love a good pie!!😂. Re your TDF ride, as Kyle mentioned rather than view it as pressure, if I were you and accept easier to say than do but your doing everything possible to prepare and do your best, and that you will do no matter what happens. So relax and perhaps focus on enjoying the process and the challenge rather than the outcome. The outcome will be what it will be, but you and all around you will know you have given it your max and will think no less of you, whatever the result! Good luck in Scotland for your audax.

  2. My mate Mark (weeb) he covers his mouth & nose when yer coff or sneeze near him…every time…….
But he never has snotty hooter or a chesty coff…….

  3. I hold my breath too when someone sneezes or coughs around me. But I thought I was the only one who did the exhale through the nose thing! 😅

  4. Have you and Kyle used the Group Track feature with your Garmin units? My wife and I find it very helpful to be able to see on the map screen where the other is, if we get split up.

  5. Athlete nr 1 paranoia: sick people!
Second that, can’t afford not being able to cycle or work out, get too grumpy laying in bed all day😅

  6. I know it was a while ago but welcome to Scotland 😊Perthshire is really beautiful, I'm glad you enjoyed it 👍I cycled to Knockhill yesterday for the motor racing and had a 30mph tailwind for the 40 miles home, i think i averaged about 20mph😂

  7. I know you are feeling the pressure about your Tour de France trip but please remember we are all right behind you, willing you on and wishing you all the luck in the world. You are a fantastic inspiration 👍♥️

  8. Don’t doubt yourself Amy you have wonderful family and friends around you to support you, you will smash it, 100% so don’t worry, and it’s also ok if you didn’t , we all here and going nowhere amy keep doing what you’re doing is absolutely incredible ❤

  9. it is a doubled edged sword: you feel the pressure because you care a lot, but because you care so much, you are a driven and HARDworking person who can achieve incredible goals. You will do TdF to the best of your abilities, and I'm quite certain that will mean completing the challenge. Kyle knows what's up.

  10. Great video as always…….where did you stay……looked like a great cottage……I did the Etape Caledonia many years ago……you’ve got me inspired to get back on my road bike and enjoy audaxes again👍

  11. You can definitely do it! Not only do yo have the correct mindset, you have also put in the training. Trust in the process!

  12. Where can i get a ding dang done tshirt 🙌🏼🙌🏼 being back out on my bike has made me realise what ive missed keep up the good work both and thankyou for getting me motivated to get back on the bike. 🙌🏻🙏🏼

  13. Cairn Lodge, Tebay and Gloucester services are all head and shoulders about the run of the mill UK motorway service stations.

  14. Bridie! Like a Cornish pasty. Stephens the bakers, Fife side of Scotland, do steak or mince and onion bridies. To die for. And their Scotch pies. 🥧

  15. Cheers guys! I love your adventures and the down to earth way you present yourselves 😊. As a father of 2 who goes cycling at 5am on a Sunday I do get a bit jealous though 😂😂😂😂. Safe cycling to you 🎉

  16. As a non-brit, I have no problem understanding what the GCN crew is saying, but for Amy I have to turn on the subtitles lol. Where is your accent from?
